Brian Knapp

During his 9-year career in Salesforce, Brian has been driven and focused on delivering results that his clients sought to achieve. Due to his meticulous attention to detail, he has mastered technical skills that allow him to proactively provide scalable solutions to those clients.

Brian served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a Logistics Specialist with the Marine Special Operations Command where he earned the Purple Heart and Navy Achievement Medal.

Prior to joining Skydog, Brian started his journey while at a not-for-profit in Upstate New York as a Peer Mentor Team Lead for Veterans and served as their Salesforce Admin/I.T. Manager. He then moved on to a large audit firm, where he was an integral part of the Salesforce Practice in the role of Salesforce Implementation Delivery Lead. During his tenure there he worked on over 125 projects across numerous industries. He provided mentorship to new team members and facilitated training on Salesforce offerings and DevOps.

Brian and his family reside in Chattanooga, TN where they enjoy their season tickets for the Chattanooga Football Club. When not at the stadium, you will find him enjoying outdoor activities like hiking with his wife, mountain biking and cheering on his son, a self-proclaimed future MLS star.
